Return | Exchange

We will accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for the following situations below.

BROKEN WINES RECEIVED

For broken wines and you opt for a resend, we will require a proof of damage.  Then, we will send you a new wine, free of charge of course.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

If you want a refund, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method used.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

For incorrect delivery, you may opt for a refund or a replacement.  If refund, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (so that it will be no cost to you), and you will need to send the incorrect wine back to us.  Then, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method used.

If replacement, still you will need to send the incorrect wine back to us, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.  Then, we will send you a new wine, free of charge of course.  Resends will take 3-7 days, just like placing a new order.

If you receive a correct item and you just want to replace it with a different wine, you will need to send the original wine back to us at your own expense.  Then, once we receive it, we will issue a store credit in the form of a code, and you will use that store credit to make a new purchase.

We will require some proofs of damage or incorrect delivery like a photo or a video.
